Bryan, was here today to put the oxygen for my mom who was discharged from the hospital. Bryan did an awesome job, he was very helpful and explained to us everything we needed to know. We feel comfortable and very happy with his service. Thank you Bryan for coming so quick and help us tonight.
Manny delivered my Mom’s oxygen today. I have never used an oxygen tank before. Manny was very patient and even suggested I record the setup and directions so that I would not be overwhelmed with trying to remember how to work the machines. I really appreciate that because that was something I did not think of. Manny was extremely professional and courteous. His customer service was top notch, which is hard to find nowadays. I would definitely recommend your company just based on his knowledge, professionalism and his customer service attitude.

Manuel was sent after having my mother’s oxygen delivered a week ago to see about some squeaking and other noises coming from the machine and to get some more help with how to use the equipment and make sure we were using it correctly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I really appreciate his help and his patience, with all my questions and addressing all my concerns.
Great service purchased some masks and gloves really recommend, and they are not doing exchanges due to COVID-19 and its really reasonable, they are not the only ones doing this all the stores are. its common sense people!

A terrific lady, Georgina, helped me. she listened to the issue, recognized what to do, coordinated that with mfr, regularly followed up with me on progress, and verified that all was well before thanking me for my patience. This is A+ service and support. I think if one needed anything then she would be the go-to person for that, bravo, she deserves an obscene raise.
