Mgr Fernando supportive of his staff and approachable for clients. Tech Franklin definitely high level of ethics to do the best for the patient. Thank them all combine and providing a loaner when I was in dire need of a Phillips mechanical failure BiPAP. Thank you for a lifesaver. I even bought a lift recliner great veteran discount. You’ve improved my quality of life with the loaner and good customer service.

  I need to give my experience with respiratory technician, Franklin a 5-star. I am a nurse and his knowledge and caring nature is outstanding. He is patient and answers all your questions. He definitely makes sure you leave satisfied. Franklin gives great customer service…. you will be pleased.

  Great service purchased some masks and gloves really recommend, and they are not doing exchanges due to COVID-19 and its really reasonable, they are not the only ones doing this all the stores are. its common sense people!

  It was very quick but I couldn’t find what I needed.

  needed a software fix on my cpap device. A terrific lady, Georgina, helped me. she listened to the issue, recognized what to do, coordinated that with mfr, regularly followed up with me on progress, and verified that all was well before thanking me for my patience. This is A+ service and support. I think if one needed anything then she would be the go-to person for that, bravo, she deserves an obscene raise.

  Amazing company!!! Needed a medical bed and a lifting swing ASAP for my mother that was released from the hospital. I needed it delivered on a weekend. No Hassel at all!! Joe was extremely kind, helpful, and prompt. Assembled the bed quickly plus showed me how to use the lift. He didn’t mind at all and asked through out the steps if I had any questions. The company and the employees are amazing!! You need anything I RECOMMEND THEM! HANDS DOWN!

  I had an issue where I left my cpap mask in California. Called Sun Country Medical Equipment and I have to brag on Imelda. She was awesome. I checked a couple masks and with her help was able to leave store knowing I would get a great night’s sleep with my new mask. Thank you Imelda. Wish I could give 6 stars.
