    5 star review  needed a software fix on my cpap device. A terrific lady, Georgina, helped me. she listened to the issue, recognized what to do, coordinated that with mfr, regularly followed up with me on progress, and verified that all was well before thanking me for my patience. This is A+ service and support. I think if one needed anything then she would be the go-to person for that, bravo, she deserves an obscene raise.

    5 star review  Amazing company!!! Needed a medical bed and a lifting swing ASAP for my mother that was released from the hospital. I needed it delivered on a weekend. No Hassel at all!! Joe was extremely kind, helpful, and prompt. Assembled the bed quickly plus showed me how to use the lift. He didn't mind at all and asked through out the steps if I had any questions. The company and the employees are amazing!! You need anything I RECOMMEND THEM! HANDS DOWN!

    5 star review  I had an issue where I left my cpap mask in California. Called Sun Country Medical Equipment and I have to brag on Imelda. She was awesome. I checked a couple masks and with her help was able to leave store knowing I would get a great night’s sleep with my new mask. Thank you Imelda. Wish I could give 6 stars.

    5 star review  I have been using Sun Country Medical for about 10 years now. Their customer service and support is unmatched. Dealing with a professional like Ms Georgina is awesome. She always makes sure my supplies get filled correctly as well as any questions I might have. Thank you Ms Georgina!

    5 star review  Manuel was sent after having my mother's oxygen delivered a week ago to see about some squeaking and other noises coming from the machine and to get some more help with how to use the equipment and make sure we were using it correctly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I really appreciate his help and his patience, with all my questions and addressing all my concerns.
