needed a software fix on my cpap device. A terrific lady, Georgina, helped me. she listened to the issue, recognized what to do, coordinated that with mfr, regularly followed up with me on progress, and verified that all was well before thanking me for my patience. This is A+ service and support. I think if one needed anything then she would be the go-to person for that, bravo, she deserves an obscene raise.
I had an issue where I left my cpap mask in California. Called Sun Country Medical Equipment and I have to brag on Imelda. She was awesome. I checked a couple masks and with her help was able to leave store knowing I would get a great night’s sleep with my new mask. Thank you Imelda. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Great service purchased some masks and gloves really recommend, and they are not doing exchanges due to COVID-19 and its really reasonable, they are not the only ones doing this all the stores are. its common sense people!
